Lead your own hosted group trip with full support from our team. You’ll manage the client communication and promotion while we handle the on-the-ground logistics, vendor coordination, and itinerary execution. 2. Client Private Trip
Have a client or small group looking for a custom experience? We’ll design a private itinerary tailored to your clients’ preferences. You remain the primary contact while we provide white-labeled trip planning, cultural immersion activities, accommodations, and support—all under your brand.
3. Book Your Clients on One of Our Hosted Trips
Join our pre-scheduled group tours by reserving spots for your clients on one of our expertly curated hosted trips. Advisors can add their own commission to the package rate on every booking and still get to provide their clients with a culturally rich and fully guided travel experience—no planning required.
4. Have Us Host a Trip for You
Want to offer a group trip but don’t want to host? Let us host the trip on your behalf. We’ll handle the coordination, client management, and in-destination hosting while you earn commission. Ideal for advisors who want to grow their group business without being the face of the trip.
At this time, we assist travel advisors with booking the following destinations: Ghana, Egypt, Tanzania, Zanzibar, and Greece. However, our hosted group trips lead by TCHC are booked all over the world.
No. We offer net rates so travel advisors are able to add their own commission and mark ups. You'll just pay us the net rate and keep your commission.

To protect the integrity of our partnerships and prevent potential conflicts between advisors and their clients, we require all travel agents to create a verified account before accessing pricing information.
